At Benchmark Camp, world-renowned academics and a beloved recreation program (including swimming, art, science, sports, and zipline) merge to create an awesome summer. 

Benchmark Camp builds executive function skills, self-esteem, and confidence and is especially beneficial for bright children with dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, or other learning differences. Grades 1-6. Full-day and half-day offerings. After-camp care available. Math tutoring and hot lunches are also available. 

Trained instructors provide 1-hour one-on-one Orton-Gillingham-based instruction in reading and writing with the option to add on a 1-hour group math instruction. 

Lessons customized to each student based on learning needs, skills and goals. 

Great way to stop summer slide and build foundational skills for next school year! 

For rising 1st - 12th grades, July 1 - August 2, 2024. 

Sessions scheduled between 8am - 12pm weekdays. 

Discounts for siblings and full pay by 3/15.

Keep your youth moving this summer with dance! We have half-day camps for youth 3.5-6 and 11-18! We also have Theater Dance Workshops for ages 7-17, Choreography Workshops for older youth 13-18 and summer classes for dancers of ALL ages. See the link attached and contact us for more details. Summer registration opens January 15th and early bird, sibling and referral discounts are available!

Summer Discovery at Newlin Grist Mill offers history- and nature-based experiences in an engaging, inclusive, outdoor environment for children ages 4-12. Campers share unique experiences that connect and expand their interactions with each other and their community. Summer Discovery is the place where learning is fun!

Camp runs from 8:30am to 12:30 pm on the dates below.

2024 Summer Discovery Camps:
- June 24-28 – “Habitat Helpers”
 - July 8-12 – “Early American Kids”
 - July 22-26 – “Wings & Things”

Cost: $225 per camper per week for Newlin Grist Mill members, $275 for non-members.

Summer Friends provides children ages 3- 10 with an opportunity to participate in weekly thematic units taught by experienced counselors and elementary teachers. 

The children at Summer Friends participate in a wide variety of experiences that help them shape their vision of the people and the world around them. Children enjoy the freedom of summer in a welcoming and relaxed environment. 

The campers at Summer Friends are free to explore, play, and express themselves in the safe community found year-round at Media-Providence Friends School. Smaller groups allow for meaningful interaction with teachers as well as other children of similar ages and all activities are tailored for campers’ developmental and physical levels.

Onsite programs are complemented by special weekly presentations from magicians, scientists, the Philadelphia Zoo, and more, as well as field trips to nature centers, zoos, parks, theaters and other local events. Twice weekly, campers age 5+ participate in instructional and recreational swimming* at Knowlton Swim Club with certified water safety instructors. 

Photography and Digital AI Art Camps at 7 locations including West Chester, East Goshen, Upper Merion, Chester Springs and Travel Camp. 

Age 8-16.

Twirl dance/acrobatics/performing arts camps are packed with FUN!  This summer we're enchanting kids with immersive experiences inspired by Barbie, Bluey, Star Wars, and MORE! New for 2024 are camp partnerships with AR Workshop Malvern and Hippie Chic Cakes. Twirl offers half-day camps for ages 3.5+.
